The second module of Boris Divkovic Academy of the Political Responsibility was held at the Franciscans Monastery St. Bonaventure on May 20 and 21, 2017 in Visoko.
The lecturers are the respectable professors, the representatives of the public and political scene, including: Prof. Dr. Vjekoslav Domljan, the University Sarajevo School of Science and Technology, Dr. Nasiha Pozder, Assistant Professor, The School of Architecture of the University of Sarajevo, Fr. Drago Bojic, theologian, Jasminka Bjelavac, Heinrich Böll Stiftung and Alen Kristic, theologian and a close associate of Boris Divkovic Foundation.
The goal of the second module was to discuss in further detail the following topics:
The Political-Economic Paradigms from the World’s Ethos Perspective, the Economic-Social Traditions and Legislatives of BH, the Political-Social Capitalization of the Heterogeneous Economic-Social Resources, the Religious Social Sciences as the Forgotten Social-Political Capital, as well as to attentively present the portraits of the significant individuals, including Heinrich Böll, Dorothy Stang, Alva Myrdal, Hélder Câmara and Dag Hammarskjöld. The special attention was dedicated to the ecological topics, as for example: The Possibilities and Obstacles of the Green Transition, the Ecological Tradition and Legislative of BH, and Political-Social Capitalization of the Heterogeneous Ecological Resources.
With the responsible approach, the political acts and educational programs for the young politicians, students of the political and other social sciences and representatives of the NGOs, we aim to encourage greater political participation among youth, nonetheless, using the responsible methods. Throughout its educational programs and activities, Boris Divkovic Foundation prepares the young adults for the political act, while promoting the idea of dialogue, ethical and responsible politics.
