The fourth Academy of political responsibility finalized

The fourth Academy of Political Academy organized by Boris Divkovic Foundation ended last week. The Academy promotes the open approach to political activity and represents the educational program for young individuals from Bosnia and Herzegovina. The topics covered in the Academy involved the general idea of political culture, the dominant paradigm of regional political culture from the perspective of world ethos concept, as well as the challenges of cooperation in domain of politics, civil society and education, media as the manifestation space and design of political culture. We discussed the economics as the political and non-political area in the politics, the culture of remembrance and post-war trauma, the relation between politics and gender equality, the new political culture, its assumptions, manifestation and consequences. Also, the global political personality movements have been presented, including Vaclava Havela and Wangari Muta Maathai, as well as the regional political figure portraits of Zoran Djindjic and Boris Divkovic. With this program, the Foundation aims to contribute to the development of the new political culture which seen as the unavoidable prerequisite of the effective political structure functioning and peaceful coexistence in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Through the education of the new, young generation of politicians who come from the parties and organizations with the divers political prefixes and ideologies, and with the dialogues on topics that are not often covered in public, we hope to initiate the introduction of positive examples into the BH political scene.

Through the education of the new, young generation of politicians who come from the parties and organizations with the divers political prefixes and ideologies, and with the dialogues on topics that are not often covered in public, we hope to initiate the introduction of positive examples into the BH political scene.
